The Sarah James Inn is a charming country farmhouse filled with sprawling porches surrounded by a 66-acre working farm with the rolling landscape in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our Inn is open to the public Tuesday – Sunday, reservations required.

The Space
The Inn has stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and breathtaking sunsets. It truly exudes the essence of Virginia. Our four guest bedrooms have been dressed with grace, charm, and the elegance of country living with amenities and services of today. The Sarah James Inn offers each guest a spectacular opportunity to buy fresh and local commodities right off the farm.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor - adjacent to the living room - and is decorated with a harmonious blend of warm and soothing colors, creating a welcoming and tranquil ambiance. The overall effect is one of serenity and relaxation.
There are three lovely bedrooms on the second floor of the Inn; two queens bedrooms and one king bedroom, with a full bath and laundry.
